Figures have revealed half of Surrey's 137,900 school children are receiving significantly less funding per year than youngsters getting their education as little as five miles away in a London borough.Pupils in the county aged from 4 to 16 are receiving £446 less funding per year each than children at schools five miles away in a London borough - despite the areas containing similar communities and facing similar challenges.
