A popular dad died after his motorbike crashed into the central reservation barrier on the Caterham Bypass as he rode around a long bend, an inquest has heard today. James McDonald, known by his family and friends simply as J, lived in New Addington and was returning from a trip to Hastings when he lost control of his bike on Sunday, May 1 this year.
