A road remains closed near Lingfield following a road crash in which an elderly woman died. Surrey Police and other emergency services were called to Ray Lane, in Blindley Heath, just before 1pm after a collision between an HGV and a Vauxhall Corsa. An elderly woman was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. The road is currently closed and crash investigators will be analysing the scene.
