ChrisMadden published Members of the public help arrest a man in Redhill

Bystanders rushed to help a PCSO restrain a man in Redhill town centre this lunchtime. The man in question was spotted running away from the officer from the High Street towards the Lombard Roundabout shortly after 2pm. As the officer grabbed him witnesses report the man appeared to fling a number of objects away from himself.
