CaitlinWebb published Demolition of the old Sainsbury's store in Redhill has begun

The demolition of the old Sainsbury's shop in Redhill has begun.It is due to take three months to flatten the whole building in Warwick Quadrant to make way for an extension of the temporary store next door.The iconic red canopy leading from the Harlequin Theatre has already been partially removed while pedestrians walk underneath a protected walkway along London Road.Fittings and fixtures from inside the old store are being removed and are set to be recycled or preserved for reuse.Read more:...
