A missing prisoner who was arrested after police chased him through Warlingham has now been charged with a string of eight offences and is to appear in court next month. Mark Heanan, 31, was reported missing to police on Tuesday, August 1, after being discovered to be absent when a roll call was made at Hollesley Bay open prison, in Suffolk, at 5pm that day.The former Oxted School pupil is serving an indeterminate sentence for wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.READ MORE:...
