A woman who started her own cupcake business with no baking experience after being made redundant has had her brownies recognised among the best food in the country. Jen Sutton, from North Holmwood, was forced to leave her job as a PR manager in London six years ago but hasn't looked back since starting up Jen's Cupcakery.
