New research claims that you need to earn a staggering £74 per hour to afford to buy the average house in the Surrey village of Cobham, making it the second least affordable town or village in the UK. The study, carried out by web-blinds.com, suggests that in order to afford a property in Cobham, based on average prices, you need to earn £74.76 per hour. That works out at a staggering £145,782 per year - which is only just short of what Prime Minister Theresa May earns...
