A pub in Redhill has become the first in the town to serve Romanian food to its customers.On the first Thursday of every month, Anca Stevens, who is the landlady of The Garland pub on Brighton Road, cooks food which is more traditional to her homeland in Romania. Anca, who came over to the UK in 2007 from Petroșani, a small town in the Transylvania region, serves the dishes in small tapas-style portions so customers can try a variety of items which are on the menu.Dishes served at the pub...
