Police are searching for a hit-and-run driver who crashed a suspected stolen moped into a car before abandoning the vehicle in Tadworth. The driver was reported to have hit a Ford Fiesta on Chapel Grove, Epsom, at around 3.30pm on Sunday (June 10) then fled the scene on the moped before police arrived. Officers from Surrey Police found the moped, which they believe to have been stolen, abandoned on Watermead, in Tadworth, later that afternoon and seized it.
