Thousands of people watched jousting, adult sack racing and rare pig racing at the annual Abinger Medieval Fair on Saturday (June 10). The Old Fair of Abinger, held on Abinger Common, attracted around 4,000 people and included maypole dancing, terrier racing and a performance from Timeline Choir, who sang a selection of Medieval music.
