A vintage steam roller was destroyed after being set on fire in Smallfield on Saturday.Fire crews from Salfords and Lingfield attended a residential property in Redehall Road at 8.44pm after the steam roller and a caravan were deliberately torched.Part of the front of the house was also damaged due to the size of the fires.The heat from the blaze cracked the windows of the property and the porch almost caught alight but firefighters managed to put it out in time. Everyone had to be evacuated...
