The M25 near Leatherhead was blocked both ways this afternoon (Thursday) while horses were transferred from one horsebox to another after the first one broke down. The incident, which happened at around 3.35pm, occurred between Junction 9 (Leatherhead) and Junction 10 (Wisley).
