When Ben Egerton left primary school in July 2016 he was looking forward to making new friends at a secondary school just a few weeks later.However, six months down the line, and the 11-year-old has only just been offered a "suitable" school place by Surrey County Council.Ben, who has cerebral palsy, attended Oakfield Junior School, in Fetcham, and will finally be back at school when he starts at Linden Bridge School, in Worcester Park, after half term.Ben's mum Victoria Egerton says...
