Lane closures will be in place on the M23 this coming week affecting the stretch of the motorway between the Merstham interchange and Maidenbower.'Smart motorway' surveys are being carried out on the M23 between Junction 8 at Merstham for the M25 and Junction 10a for Maidenbower.Various lane closures will be in place in both directions.
