A Surrey village school's plan to increase pre and after-school care to 12 hours per day has pitched parents who welcome extra provision against residents horrified about the potential impact on the area, the prospect of noisy children disturbing their peace and even a possible reduction in the value of their homes.The governing body of Woodlea Primary School in Woldingham has applied to Tandrige District Council for a certificate of lawfulness to open for childcare at 6.45am, and remain open...
