A "kind and loving" Oxted teenager took his own life after struggling with mental health issues for more than a year, an inquest has heard. 17-year-old Billy Plowman was found dead in his car on June 20 near the Scout hut on Chalkpit Lane after taking his own life with his dad's shotgun.
