Shops in Redhill town centre have been forced to close on one of the busiest shopping days of the year following a power cut. Clinton Cards, Santander, Carphone Warehouse and Poundland, in the Warwick Quadrant, are currently closed because of the power cut, caused by a fault with an underground cable.
