More than 100 homes are set to be built just north of Leatherhead town centre, under a new plan - marking the second large housing development in the area.The 117 home development could be built on a brownfield site off Cleeve Road after developers submitted their application for outline planning permission.The application to build the homes within Leatherhead Business Park would see more development in an area that recently had planning permission granted for 78 homes and a 62-bed care home....
