A young man has been filmed kicking a cat in a residential road in Epsom last week. Tigger, an eight-year-old cat was kicked in Bloomsbury Close on September 14. And the "despicable" attack was caught on camera. Surrey Police is appealing for information following a report of animal cruelty related to the video which was circulated via social media.
