A mobile pizza van which pops up across Surrey is opening a permanent site in Merstham.The Pizza Project is opening a café and restaurant in the High Street, right by the spot where it currently stops off every Friday evening.It will be a coffee shop by day and a pizzeria in the evening.Jonny McCoy, who has been running the Pizza Project for more than five years, hopes for it to be open by the end of May.
