A stunning memorial has been created in Horley to a 27-year-old Redhill man who died after crashing his motorbike on the A23 on Saturday.Jason Skinner, known as Jay, came off his bike outside Erbridge Court, on Bonehurst Road, at about 3.15pm while travelling southbound.
