Sainsbury's has recalled stir fry packs because it is feared they have salmonella in them.The supermarket is asking people who have bought the products not to use them and to return them to their nearest Sainsbury's store for a refund.Symptoms caused by salmonella usually include fever, diarrhoea and abdominal cramps.
