Regulars of a cherished Redhill pub are celebrating after it was spared from demolition.The Garibaldi was earmarked for development by its owner, as the pub was not proving profitable.Planning officers at Reigate and Banstead Borough Council recommended the old Victorain venue for demolition, after plans to replace it with new homes were submitted.But the borough council's planning committee voted to reject the recommendations and save the pub on Mill Street.READ MORE: Owner of Redhill pub wants...
