A "natural and warm" Leatherhead GP who treated more than 3,000 patients over a period of 35 years has died.Dr Norman Lewis, known as Tim, died on Sunday (February 26) aged 91, at a care home in Newport Pagnell, Buckinghamshire, where he spent the final year of his life.
