SamTruelove published ​Wilko pull out of development at East Grinstead Caffyns site

Hardware and household goods chain Wilko have backed out of the development at the former Caffyns site East Grinstead due to "unforeseen circumstances" with the building of the new Travelodge hotel.The high-street chain, which sells household, DIY and homeware goods, was due to open on the ground floor of the development, located in Little King Street.
