Graffiti, empty alcohol bottles and evidence of drug use were strewn around Dorking's Meadowbank Children's Playground after it was "used as a party place". The litter was discovered at the playground this morning (Friday) while some of the graffiti is thought to have been sprayed there earlier this week.
