Police have launched an appeal after a man was repeatedly seen exposing and touching himself aboard Thameslink trains through Surrey. British Transport Police's (BTP) Sexual Offences Unit have issued a photo of a man they are looking to speak to in connection with the incidents, which are all said to have happened aboard Thameslink services, some of which stop at Redhill.
