A lorry which broke down on the M25 between Reigate and Leatherhead caused lane one and the hard shoulder to be closed for more than an hour this evening (Tuesday). The lorry broke down on the anticlockwise carriageway between junction 9 (Leatherhead) and junction 8 (Reigate) at 4.20pm.
