WojciechZ published Reigate shop owner fined £70 for using unloading bay...
A shop owner was given a £70 parking ticket for using a loading bay in Reigate to deliver stock to her business – because her car doesn't count as a commercial vehicle. Melanie Walmsley, who owns the All About Eve at Home shop on the High Street, was given the ticket after stopping in the bay on Wednesday (January 4) at about 11.30am.Outraged, she filmed the traffic warden writing out the ticket, while questioning why her car was not deemed a commercial goods vehicle.
