A Horley resident has taken it upon himself to highlight a number of problems in the High Street car park in the town which is used predominantly by Uber drivers. Sixty spaces in the car park were leased to the app-based taxi firm for its drivers to use last year as they wait for jobs from Gatwick Airport.
