A Michelin star chef is setting up his next restaurant in Dorking after securing the lease to the Grade II listed Little Dudley House. Steve Drake, who has achieved Michelin stars at two separate restaurants, has announced that he will be launching his new restaurant, Sorrel, in the town this spring.
