Topsy-turvy weather this week has led to the coldest conditions in the country being in Surrey and other parts of the south-east.This morning, the temperature fell to a bone-chilling -6C Brockham. The reading was taken at a privately-run weather station in Oakdene Close.It was almost as chilly in the rest of East Surrey.
