Surrey Mirror published Redhill Aerodrome's owners want to replace it with 4,500 homes

Ambitious plans to replace Redhill Aerodrome with 4,500 homes and effectively create a new village on the site have been announced. The directors of the aerodrome in Kings Mill Lane, South Nutfield have carried out a review of the site and its potential for development and have come up with a scheme to build the homes, supported by schools, link roads and open space.
