A Smallfield builder has slammed Surrey Police for closing an investigation into the theft of his £16,000 van on the same day he reported it missing.Steve Ryan's Ford Transit Tipper truck was stolen from outside his home in The Woodlands overnight between November 23-24.Mr Ryan, who owns S J Ryan Groundworks, reported it missing to Surrey Police on the morning of November 24 but received an email from the force later the same day informing him the investigation had been closed.READ MORE:...
