Surrey Mirror published Owner of Redhill pub wants to demolish it and build houses...

The Garibaldi pub in Redhill could be demolished and replaced with town houses because its leaseholder is struggling to make a living from running it.The owner of the Mill Street pub has told Reigate and Banstead Borough Council that he wants to close it down and demolish it because the leaseholder requested last year to be released from their term early due to a decline in revenue.The council has received the application from Albany Homes Southern Limited to build four three-storey town houses...
