A large pile of building waste has been dumped near Dorking - just a short while after Surrey County Council introduced new charges at recycling centres in the county. The waste, found in a lay-by on the A29 in Beare Green yesterday morning, appears to includes double-glazed windows and pieces of wood. On September 1 Surrey County Council introduced new fees at tips which mean residents face paying up to £50 per car-load to dump waste including bricks, tiles, soil, and turf. Now...
