Surrey and Reigate and Banstead councils have declined to say how much more tax-payers' cash will be ploughed in to save the stalled Merstham regeneration project.The scheme to build homes, shops and a community hub on two sites was initially due to be finished by this spring, but is now expected to be completed a year late, in late spring 2017.The original price tag for the work was £13.3 million, but both Reigate and Banstead Borough Council and Surrey County Council have had to commit...
