A 17-year-old girl was 'flashed' at by a man while walking along a path in Epsom, Surrey Police has said.The incident allegedly took place on Wednesday (November 9), on a path leading from Church Side to Wells Road sometime between 3.30pm and 3.40pm.The teenager was walking her dog whilst she cycled but had stopped for the dog when she was overtaken by the suspect along the pathway.
