A police officer had to go to hospital after he was bitten on the face by a dog while making an arrest in Caterham on Sunday (August 13), police have said. Officers were called to reports of a domestic incident at a home in Caterham when the officer, who the force have not named, was attacked by a dog which bit his face, a spokesman for Surrey Police said.
