Police are appealing for help to trace a man with links to Surrey who is wanted on recall to prison. Former Oxted School pupil Mark Heanan was reported missing to police on Tuesday, August 1, after he was discovered to be absent when a roll call was made at Hollesley Bay open prison, in Suffolk, at 5pm that day.
