Primary school children could soon be taught where until recently local criminals would be sentenced. A proposal to turn what was Redhill County Court and Redhill Magistrates' Court into a primary school has been submitted to Reigate & Banstead Borough Council by HM Courts & Tribunal Service.The courts, on Hatchlands Road, closed in March of this year.
