A new footbridge is going to be built over rail tracks in Salfords to make it safer for people to cross the busy Brighton Main Line where hundreds of trains travel through at 90mph each day. Network Rail is beginning work to build the new bridge and remove the outdated footpath level crossing currently in use at Dean Farm.
