A man has died after falling from a second floor balcony in Hurst Green.Surrey Police officers were called to the scene, understood to be at the development on the former Fairview Industrial Estate in Holland Road, last night (Sunday) after a man's body was discovered at about 8pm.A large number of emergency service vehicles were reported in the area but the man, who was in his 30s, was sadly pronounced dead at around 8.25pm.
