A plan to build a block of ten flats close to the centre of Ashtead is set for approval despite more than 100 objections from residents.Plans have been submitted to Mole Valley District Council (MVDC) to demolish existing buildings at 80a, 86 and 88 Woodfield Lane and replace them with one three storey, L-shaped block of eight one-bedroom and two two-bedroom flats.
