Police officers stood outside Burstow Primary School in Smallfield this morning (Friday) issuing penalties to motorists parking 'inappropriately' after a six-year-old girl was hit by a car yesterday.The pupil was reportedly crossing Wheelers Lane when the collision happened near the junction with Redehall Road, outside the school at about 8.40am.
