Police officers stood outside Burstow Primary School in Smallfield this morning (Friday) issuing penalties to motorists parking 'inappropriately' after a six-year-old girl was hit by a car yesterday.The pupil was reportedly crossing Wheelers Lane when the collision happened near the junction with Redehall Road, outside the school at about 8.40am. Two ambulances were dispatched to the scene and she was taken to St George's Hospital in Tooting with serious head injuries. READ MORE: Burstow Primary...
