Police have closed Wheelers Lane in Smallfield after a six-year-old girl was hit by a car this morning (Thursday). The collision took place car just outside Burstow Primary School on Wheelers Lane at the junction with Redehall Road. The girl was taken to St. George's Hospital in Tooting with head injuries.
