Three anti-oil drilling protesters have been arrested after one man reportedly chained himself to an HGV near to the proposed oil drilling site in Brockham.Surrey Police were called to Old School Lane just after 7am on Monday (January 9) after reports that protesters were blocking the road as a convoy of lorries moved towards the proposed drilling site.
