Developers have lodged an appeal against a council's decision to refuse permission for a 10,000-grave burial site in Banstead. The application for the privately-run cemetery on Croydon Lane received 589 comments of objection and one of support and was refused by Reigate and Banstead borough councillors in July 2016.
