Pensioners were rescued from their car which was hanging precariously over a stream, after they came off a road near Gatwick Airport and crashed into a tree. There were major delays on roads around Horley and Crawley on Friday evening (January 6) after the incident on the A23 London Road southbound, with some calling the conditions 'horrendous'. A couple in their 70s were driving past Gatwick when their car left the road at around 5.20pm, collided with a tree and ended up dangerously close...
